Additional Licenses for Cloud Apps

Purchasing additional licenses can be done through MyCaseWare or in your cloud instance:
Select the Menu located in the top left corner of the cloud window.

Scroll to the bottom of the menu and select Settings.


The Settings option will not show unless the user has the Settings Admin or Admin system-wide role assigned.

Using the navigation window:

  1. Select the System tab

  2. Select Cloud Billing

  3. Select Go to MyCaseWare 

Login using your MyCaseWare credentials


Select Licenses 


Select Site Details


Select License more for the relevant app


Select the Cloud Site and Quantity. Select Add to Cart to go to Checkout.
