CloudBridge - Troubleshooting

Getting script errors and cannot move data, try this:

  • Ensure: 

    • Only 1 instance of CWWP desktop is opened

    • CWWP desktop is signed into your firm's CW Cloud instance

    • The firms CW Cloud instance is identified as a Trusted site on your network, Browser and Antivirus solution

    • Files installed to C:\Program Files (x86)\CaseWare\Scripts\cloudbridge are not prevented from running by the Antivirus

  • Browser cleanup:

    • History, 

    • Cache and 

    • Cookies and try again.

  • The naughty bunny:

    • Ensure that the following list of files do not present themselves in your CaseWare/Template/Default folders. If they are there delete them:

      • Bunny.ico

      • Magic-bulb.ico

      • vssver.scc
