Deleting & restoring documents in the Optimiser

Deleting documents using Optimiser 

Within the OPT Optimiser, users will need to provide results for a range of engagement setup questions. See below:



When you have responded to these (review Optimiser Guidance doc for impact of your answers), you can then run the OCR- Optimiser Confirmation Report from the bottom of the page. 



The OCR considers your responses to the Optimiser questions, and will recommend documents and/or risks to be deleted. Leave the boxes checked if you agree, or uncheck if you want to maintain the document. Click 'Proceed with deletion' to finalise.





Restoring documents deleted from Optimiser 

In order to bring back previously deleted documents, you must go back into the OPT Optimiser, and override your results by undoing the sign off and re selecting a different response from the drop-down list. 



Once you have progressed to the OCR this time around, there is an option to add missing (deleted) documents back by clicking on the green plus button.
