Error CV_DOCIDGROUP is null or not an object

The CV_DOCIDGROUP error may occur when you sign-off documents from the document manager.

The reason for this error appearing is the version of the Audit System template installed on the computer is older than the Audit System version of the file (or the template is not installed).

1. To resolve the issue, navigate to the affected client file path folder.

2. In the Script folder, remove the OnSignOff.js and OnSIgnOffAudit.js scripts.

3. Check if the error is still present.

4. If the error is still present, reinstall the latest version of the Audit System template. Please contact your CaseWare champion or IT department if you need assistance installing the template.
