Failed to open the selected file when editing Python File

Editing python file within Library/Custom Functions receives the following message. Only occurs in IDEA 10.3.



Solution:

Need to set the default program for opening python files

1. Go to the physical location of the file, right click to select “Open with”.

2. Select notepad or any editor as the default program.
