How can I skip a total row if it’s totaling a maximum of one balance?

There are two methods to skip a table row.

Method 1:
Step 1: Click on any cell in the subtotal/total row.

Step 2: From the ribbon, select Home | in the Tables group > Print Row. 



Step 3: Select the option Print if more than one balance in the subtotal. 



Step 4: Click OK.

Note: This additional 4th option is only available for Subtotal and Total rows. 

Method 2:

Step 1: Right click on at the table row, and select Row Properties > Print Options.

The similar Row Print Options dialog would appear and you can select the same option.
