How do I annotate or add a reference to a Checklist in Agile?

On each procedure you have the option to annotate a purpose, link or note.

To add annotations or references to a checklist

1. Click the + button to add annotations to the checklist or the add note option to manually enter text.
  

2. Using the + button, a pop up will appear which looks something like this


3. Click on the drop down list to choose the purpose of the annotation and add any relevant note in the text box below.
  

4. If you choose the add note option, a text box will appear like this. You can key in additional comments here.
