How do I download the utilities app if I am on IDEA 11.1 or higher version?


Here are the steps to download the IDEA utilities  app:
1. Open IDEA
2. Navigate to the Passport option in the Home tab.

3.              Login to Passport


4.              In the Passport, Navigate to Smart Analyzer drop down to pick IDEA utilities app.




5.      Download the application in your computer and extract the files of the app.
6.     Once extracted, You will get the Exceptional_Exceptions_GL.dpack  file.
              









7.    Double click on the file to run the application, once the import operation completes   successfully it will give you the following prompt:
       

8.    Open IDEA and Navigate to Smart Analyser | Select & Run
        

9. You will see the Utilities in the Audit test navigator on the left.
