How do I export/save a read-only copy of a Cloud engagement file?

(Note: the images in this FAQ show an Agile Audit engagement file, however the sames steps can be performed in Cloud Financials and SMSF Audit engagement files as well)

  1. Login to your CaseWare Cloud site through your internet browser (we strongly recommend using Google Chrome)

  2. Open the relevant engagement file

  3. Click the Information icon in the black banner at the top of the screen and select Download reference copy

This will create a zipped folder in your Downloads Directory in Windows Explorer that contains copies of all workpapers and screens within the engagement file.  Any native documents, checklists and forms will be converted to PDF, while any external file types will saved in their existing format (e.g. Word, Excel, JPG, etc.)
