How do I Sort Content Within the Financial Statements?
The Document Map provides the ability to navigate around the financial statements, however, it is also used to sort both statement areas and notes to the financial statements.
To sort content within the financial statements, complete the following steps:
Using the Document Map vertical scroll bar, navigate to the statement area / note that needs to be sorted.
Within the Document Map, to the right of the statement area / note name, click the vertical sort button, hold and drag up or down to the required position.
Unclick the vertical sort button.
Note: The Table of contents is automatically updated when statement areas are sorted.
Note numbers are automatically updated when notes are sorted.
