How to format tables in the financial statements.

1. Right click in the body of the table you wish to format

2. Choose Table Properties.


It is also available from the ribbons via:

- Table Tools | in the Operations group > Edit > Table to display the Table Column Properties dialog

- Home tab | in the Tables area > Columns button

In this dialog, you can modify the following settings in the table:


i. Table indentation 

ii. Expand to page width

iii.Column sizes

iv. Add Decimal Places to columns 

v. Shade columns
