How to paste text without Formatting using "Paste Special".
Your FinancialsIFRS document utilizes Styles and Formatting that is separate from other word processing software. Copying and pasting text from these word processing documents will result in different fonts and formatting (usually reverting back to a Normal style which isn't utilized in FinancialsIFRS)
Paste Special allows you to paste the text you've copied from a different word processing software while adapting the styles and formatting of the paragraph you have select.
To paste special:
1. Copy the text from any word processing software.
2. Navigate to CaseView.
3. Select the paragraph you wish to paste into and press Alt + Ctrl + V.
4.In the Paste Special dialog select Unformatted Text.
5. Click OK.
