How to remove all zero balance or unused accounts

If you have accounts in an engagement file which have had no balances since the file was created, you can remove them easily.  Please follow the steps below to remove the zero balance accounts.

1. Open the CaseWare Engagement File.

2. Select Tools | Maintenance.

  

3. Tick the Remove unused accounts option.

4. Click Next and then select Finish.
