How to remove contacts from a query

If you have added a contact to a query and need to remove them, please follow the steps below:

1. Click on the three line menu > select Activities



2. Once in the Activities screen, ensure you have the appropriate entity selected in the entity selector. This will then display activities specific to the entity



3.  Select the query activity ex. the Request for Information that was sent to Meryl and Yolanda. A panel will open on the right.

Under the Assignees section, click on the arrow next to the 'NUMBER selected' and from the dropdown list, click on the x next to the contact you want to remove from the query.

After clicking the x in line with the contact, they will disappear from the Assignees section. Confirm the change by clicking the green tick.



Yolanda has now been removed from the query document, and will no longer have access to it.
