The Audit System template has a feature called
"Groupings" & "Sub-groupings" to group similar
procedures.
Follow the steps below to sort any group or subgroup within Programs /
Checklists / Worksheets:
1. Place the cursor on the required group or
subgroup heading.
2. From the template menus,
select Procedures | Sort Groupings.
The Manual Section Sort screen
will appear.
3. Use the Move up / Move down buttons to restructure the document as
required.
4. Click OK.
The selections will be saved.
To sort individual procedures within the groups or subgroups, follow the
steps below:
1. Place the cursor on the required procedure.
2. From the template menus,
select Procedures | Sort Procedures.
The Manual Section Sort screen
will appear.
3. Use the Move up / Move down buttons to restructure the document as
required.
4. Click OK.
The selections will be saved.
Note: Procedure numbers will be updated automatically.
