Is the Mapping different in a Micro Audit Profile?

Mapping within a Micro Audit profile is very similar to the standard means of mapping practised in larger audit profiles. 

Step 1: Import a Trial Balance. Go to the 'Engagement' tab of the home ribbon and click on 'Import' in the Data grouping. For this example we will be importing an ASCII file. 





Be sure to exclude first row if it contains headers.

And choose the field details to match the column data.



Step 2: Once imported, enter into your TB and go to the 'Account' tab on the home ribbon. From here, click on 'Assign Mapping'. 



Step 3: This will open up the Assign Mapping Numbers screen where you can simply pair the Unmapped Accounts on the left to the Mapping Numbers on the right.



In the Micro Audit profile, we have essentially created a replicate of the Leadsheet groupings for mapping.
