Public Sector: Considerations when using 8-111

The 8-111 ASA Progress report has been updated in line with content changes released in the latest Public Sector template. However, it is important to consider the following when using the 8-111:

  1. A bug has been identified in 8-111 whereby the procedure count across multiple programs is inaccurate. See below for an example.

In the above image, the 8-111 advises that I have only signed off 9 out of 19 procedures in the 2-215 ASA Program, however in this particular instance I have actually signed off ALL procedures. Therefore, the procedure count illustrated is incorrect.

As such, the 8-111 ASA Progress report should only be used to track the status of ASA programs i.e. are they currently "In Progress" or "Completed".

Note: An ASA Program will only be flagged as "Completed" when it has been signed off by ALL roles in the role set, for example: Auditor, Senior, Manager, and Partner.
