Public Sector: How to bypass the "incomplete document" message

There is a known issue whereby the following "Incomplete document" message appears when signing off programs.

The first thing to check when receiving this message is that all procedures within the program have been responded to and signed off.

To check, simply click on the Filter icon in the document banner and from the resulting dialog, begin by Deselecting All. With all other filters disabled, you can then enable the "No sign-off" filter and select OK.

The result is that ONLY procedures that have not been signed-off will show. If there are any procedures that have NOT been signed off, please ensure that you sign them off before attempting to sign off the whole program.

If you've determined that there are NO not-signed off procedures remaining, but you are still encountering the "incomplete document" message, please ensure you manually save the program and then re-attempt signing off the program.

To manually save the program, you have two options:
  1. Select the Save icon from within the CaseView ribbon.

  1. Use CTRL + S on your keyboard as a shortcut to save the program.
Once you have applied either of the two options above, please re-attempt signing off the program as this will have hard saved your procedure sign-offs.

If the message still persists, you can ignore it by selecting OK and the program will sign off.
