How do I use the Sample Selection tool?

If transactions have been imported into an Agile Audit or SMSF Audit engagement file, the transactions that make up a balance in the Accounts or Financial Groups screens, can be drilled down to by simply clicking the relevant blue balance:



From here, the transactions can be filtered (if relevant) and a sample can then be selected using the built-in Sample Selection tool using one of the following methods:

  • Random

  • Systematic

  • Monetary Unit

  • Manual

This sample can then be exported to a CSV file for documentation purposes.
