SQM Getting Started 2: How staff will use SQM
In this Quickvid we look at how staff will use the SQM Operate module to:
- Refer to the firm's system of quality management
- Identify who is responsible for each aspect of quality at the firm
- Create and complete a task that will undergo monitoring.
Once staff have watched this video they will be able to contribute to the firms ASQM1 monitoring component through task delivery.
