SQM Getting Started 5: Optimising SQM Notifications
In this Quickvid we look at how firms can optimize SQM notifications by harmonising procedure response frequencies.
Once the SQM designers have watched this video, they will be able to
- identify procedure responses that are creating unnecessary or overwhelming number of staff notifications
- edit procedure response frequencies, in order to reduce number of notifications staff receive before approving and re-publish them so that the updated frequencies are applied
