SQM - How do I reset SQM back to factory settings
If SQM was used for testing purposes, and you want to transition to full-scale usage, you will need to start off with a clean slate.
The System Reset feature addresses this need, allowing you to wipe your SoQM instance clean.
To perform a system reset, you need access to Design, and a Cloud Administrator.
- Send a request for a System Reset
- Go to the Design | Setup
- Locate and click Reset system
- Confirm your intent to send a request for a system reset
- As a Cloud Administrator, go to Cloud Settings | SQM | Manage SQM
- Locate the pending system reset request and click Approve
- Confirm your approval to start resetting the system.
Once your request is approved, our system will take care of the rest, ensuring that your SQM is purged of any test, demo, or dummy data.
