What are some of the tools you can use to request information from a client?
The RFI (Request For Information) workpapers are a great way to avoid email and utilise CaseWare Cloud to acquire information and evidence from the client. With this in mind, there are several options available to assist you with requesting information from your client, which are
File Upload
The file upload option allows you to drag and drop files into the box. This allows your clients to easily send over files ie pdf documents, folders, etc.
Picklist
There are 2 picklist options, single picklist and multi picklist.
The single picklist allows your client to pick one option out of the listed options available, while the multi picklist allows them to pick multiple options from the listed options available.
To add more options, click onto the + button and a new option row will appear.
Text
The text option provides a text box which allows your client to input text responses.
Date
The date option allows your client to select dates. When you click on the select date panel, a calendar will pop up like this
