What can I do if my Hyperlinks are not loading the latest URL?

All the URLs in the Audit System template are controlled by the HYP workpaper. If any of your hyperlinks are out-of-date or are not producing the correct URL path, follow these steps:
1. Firstly, ensure you have downloaded the latest HYP document from the template.
2. Secondly, contact Caseware support. It is possible that between the time we released and the time you have made this discovery, certain AUASB or other links may have changed.
3. If you wish to fix the issue yourself, locate and open the HYPCWANZ.xlsx spreadsheet, located (default location): C:\Program Files (x86)\CaseWare\Scripts\AUDITAU\ADMIN
          
4. Navigate to the HYPAU tab, locate the problematic standard, and adjust the URL.
Important! Be Careful not to disrupt the integrity of the Spreadsheet. You should only be adjusting Column C for the appropriate standard.
5. Finally, ensure you save and close HYPCWANZ.xlsx and navigate back to the HYP document in the engagement file
6. Open the appropriate folder (e.g. ASAs)
a. Select the pick-list menu.
b. Choose Update HYP with Excel values option to save the values.

        c. Press OK to complete the process.

7. Re-test your hyperlink and see if the issue has been resolved. If the problem persists, please contact Caseware support.
