Why do staff that do not have SQM access, get SQM notifications and tasks?
Staff who do not have SQM access will receive SQM cloud task notifications, if they have been assigned to a procedure that has a related task attached to it with a defined task frequency . Be it:
- Assignee: as individual staff members
- Assigned groups: belong to a staff group
