Why does my 2-130 Key Business Process workpaper keep clearing out?

Why does my 2-130 Key Business Process workpaper keep clearing out?

The Problem
We have discovered an issue with the 2-130 Key Business Process worksheet.
It has come to our attention that certain selections may be lost when you exit the workpaper.

Solution
We have resolved the issue in our June 2023 release.
However, in order to correct your corrupted worksheets we recommend you do the following:
  1. Confirm firstly, that you have got the issue. If you created your Key Business Processes post 29th of June, your engagement file may not be affected. Check to see if you are losing your selections.
  2. For each Key Business Process (KBP) you have created, we need to update to the new version. Follow the steps below to achieve this:
      a. Press picklist to select the first KBP.

      b. Scroll to the bottom of the worksheet and press Update Form.

      c. Press Yes to proceed with updating the form to version 2026.6.3.

3. Repeat Step 2 for all KBPs created prior to the 29th of June.
