During your CaseWare file engagement update process, you would come across the need to update your Functionality and/or Content of your file.

What is a Functionality Update?                                        

 

The functionality update enables the engagement file to function properly with the installed templates. This MUSTbe updated for your engagement file to be working effectively.

 

 

The content update loads the latest accounting standards, disclosures and new programs relevant in assisting you in your engagement. This is NOT A MANDATORY update and can be applied anytime applicable. (Note: The content update is normally performed when engagement files have been rolled forward.

 

Select the Existing Settings from the drop down box and select the appropriate setting that is applicable.

- Australia Audit Profile: Choose Functionality and Content (Australia).scp

- New Zealand Audit Profile: Choose Functionality and Content (New Zealand).scp

- Other Profiles: Choose Functionality only.scp
