Deleting a parent file from CaseWare Cloud
This article provides a guide on how to delete an engagement file which has been published under an entity which has been set up on CaseWare Cloud.
Step 1: Open the page of the entity via CaseWare Cloud.
Step 2: Click on the name of the engagement file which needs to be deleted - This will present you with the following screen.
Step 3: Click on the 3 horizontal dots and click "Abandon Sync Copy" select all the users with a child copy and click "Ok".
Step 4: Click on the 3 horizontal dots and click "Clear SmartSync Information"
Step 5: Click on the 3 horizontal dots and click "Delete".
Step 6: Have all users with a child copy open their copy and delete it.
