Enable detailed cloud notifications for email

Follow the below instructions to enable detailed information to display in the email notification. As a default, the detailed information is switched off as security protocol. 

Detailed information can include the names of people, files, and communications related to the content so ensure that this is acknowledged before you proceed. 

Note: Only users with settings admin or admin role will be able to perform this feature

From the three line menu in the top left hand corner, select settings to open the settings page.



Click to expand the email settings.



Scroll down on this page to find the section titled Detailed Notification. Here you can mark the check boxes to determine whether you want Staff or Contacts, or both to receive detailed notifications.
