How do I save files from CaseWare Cloud into my engagement file
If
you use CaseWare Cloud as a secure client portal, you may have documents and
supporting work papers submitted to you by the administrator through CaseWare
Cloud. If these documents form part of your audit evidence, you will need to
save them into your engagement file by completing the following steps:
1. Browse to
the Documents screen of your engagement file.
2. Click
the New button and select Copy from Cloud.
3. From
the Select File to Copy dialog, select the tick box for the
documents you want to import into your engagement file. If you have a
large list here, begin typing the file name in the Search bar to filter
down to the document.
NOTE:
only documents uploaded to the entity that your engagement files is linked to
will show in this dialog
Once you’ve
selected the files you want to import, click OK.
Your
documents will now be imported into the bottom of the Documents screen.
