What causes the 'Modified since last review' warning to appear?

The Modified since last review icon () displays in the Documents page if any of the following changes are made to a document since the last time a reviewer has signed off on it.


Checklists

  • Add or remove a procedure

  • Make a hidden procedure visible (manually or through visibility settings)

  • Hide a procedure (manually or through visibility settings)

  • Modify procedure text

  • Modify a procedure response

Identifying the change using reviewer tools

Open up the document that has been 'modified since last review' and click on the reviewer tool icon. Enable the 'modified after sign-off' or any other review tool options to help identify changes made to the document

Clearing the 'modified since last review' warning

Simply click on the 'modified since last review' icon from within the Documents page, and in the resulting dialog box > select 'Clear notification'.
