To create a custom note in Cloud Financials engagement file, complete the following steps:
Via the ‘Document Map’, select Notes to the financial statements.
Click the Add new note area button and select Create note.
Note: The new custom note will be added to the bottom of the note list in the Document Map.
Click within the note title and modify the note name.
Sort the note to the preferred sort position.

There are two sub-note levels that can be added to a note:
Level 1 (a, b, c)
Level 2 (i, ii, iii) - below level one
To add a level one sub-note, click the Add section button and select Heading 1 (a., b., c.)
Click within the sub-note title cell and modify the name.
To add a level two sub-note, below the newly inserted level one sub-note, click the Add section button and select Heading 2 (i., ii., iii.)
Click within the sub-note title cell and modify the name.
To delete a sub-note level, click the More actions button and select Delete.
Within the 'Are you sure?' Dialog, click Delete.
To add custom content click the Add Section button in the position where the content is required and select the appropriate content option.
Above the sub-note level
Below level one sub-note
Below level two sub-note
