How do I set the first page number to ‘1’?

Open the Financial Statements (or the desired CaseView document) and complete the following steps: 

  1. From the Financials Ribbon, select Page Setup from the drop-downs in the Home Tab | Operations area > Print.

       2. Enter or select '1' from the First page number pick list. 

      3. Click OK.
Preview the page numbering by pressing F4 on the keyboard.
