Getting Started - Agile Audit

Before following the below steps, please ensure that all relevant staff have the Agile Audit ANZ app enabled within their cloud account. See  Enabling Agile Audit for staff to learn how to.

Step 1: Create an Agile Audit engagement

Step 2: Complete the OPT - Optimiser checklist to build out your Agile Audit engagement



Step 3: Import your trial balance into the engagement



For more information, please refer to  Importing a Trial Balance into Agile Audit

Step 4: Map your trial balance to the Agile Audit mapping structure



For more information, please refer to  How to map the Trial Balance in Agile Audit

Step 5: Start your audit. Work down the engagement structure and complete/ sign-off documents



Step 6: Ensure you complete the Risk Assessment Report before commencing Phase B. Risk assessments must be made on financial statement areas before the relevant programs appear



Step 7: Check out the 2-270 Analytical Review to identify relationships, risks, inconsistencies, as well as unusual transactions, events, amounts, ratios or trends that will likely require an audit response
